When will you dispatch my order?
All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day via 1st Class Royal Mail, only in unforeseen peak periods would we dispatch later than this.
Can I track my order?
All parcels are posted through 1st Class Royal Mail and tracked, this will only show on the tracking update once delivery is attempted. A full tracking option isn't available as it would more than the Tiny Telegram. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day-including Saturdays but don’t guarantee this and it can take 1-3 days. The majority of the time our customers feedback that they have received their bottles the very next day. During Lockdowns you may experience delays with Royal mail due to the increased volume of mail being sent. Sadly, this is completely out of our control.
Can I use Emoji’s?
We don’t recommend using emoji’s as the text is in black print and are not very large, so they don’t print out very clearly. The following black heart 🖤 emoji is the only one we would recommend.
Are you able to deliver or dispatch on a specific date?
At the moment this isn't an option, however, we do hope to offer this service in the future.
Where do you ship too and how much will it cost?
We ship our bottles to the UK for FREE.
You can also send a bottle Worldwide for just £3.50. Royal Mail delivers to over 200 countries around the world, including popular shipping destination such as the USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, France and China. (International deliveries are currently suspended due to the pandemic and delays this has caused)
When will my order arrive?
All our bottles are despatched from the UK and handed directly over to Royal Mail. Once the bottles have been despatched, we are unable to control the delivery process, however, we will do whatever we can to rectify any problems caused by delayed or lost delivery.
Please remember that first class items are not guaranteed next day delivery. 95% of our deliveries arrive the next working day- including Saturdays but can take several days to arrive, particularly during peak periods (currently 1-5days).
Where possible always send bottles a day or two earlier to avoid disappointment.
If after 3 working days your bottle still hasn’t arrived and you’ve checked you inputted the correct address please contact us and we’ll resend the bottle. During Lockdown periods this timeframe could be longer due to delays with Royal mail.
How tiny is the bottle?
Our bottles are roughly 3cms in height and made from glass and therefore not suitable for children. The bottles are not a toy.
Will it fit through my letterbox?
Yes, our bottles are the perfect size for fitting through the standard size letterbox so nobody shall miss their bottle being delivered or need to collect it from the post office.
Do you Spell Check my order for me?
We don’t spell check orders so please double check the message for errors before checking out.
What message should I write?
You can write any message you wish. Have a look at our Ideas and Quotes page for inspiration on what to send in your bottle.
Will the price or invoice be sent with the parcel?
Invoices are only sent via e-mail to the person who ordered it, and there’s no mention of the price within the parcel.
What is the delivery time for International orders?
(International deliveries are currently suspended due to the pandemic)
All international orders are sent through Royal Mail standard delivery. Deliveries to Europe are 3-5 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world are 6-7 working days. Royal mail state they only aim to deliver within this period of time and don't guarantee delivery within this time frame so please order in plenty of time.
How do I create a bulk order?
